Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit of the booking cost.
The balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to the booking commencement date.

If you’d like to book, or if you have a query, just contact us direct. There are no silly questions! We are happy to answer any questions and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests.

Age restriction for booking: Holiday bookings must be made by person aged 21 or over.

Transactions: we accept BACS bank transfer. Invoices will be issued via your preferred email address.

The standard check in time is usually 4:30pm.
We ask that all guests observe the agreed check in time to allow our hard-working team of housekeepers to complete their work uninterrupted.

We can supply a travel cot please request which items you would like and they will be ready at the property for your arrival.

• A welcome hamper including milk, coffee, tea, cream tea. 
• Fresh, white bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats.
• Toilet rolls, kitchen paper, spray cleaners and tea towels, oven mits, hand soaps. 
• Full complement of cutlery, crockery, serving dishes, pans, pots and utensils.
